Sheer frustration

ME Association's response to BMJ on NICE judicial review.

BMJ (which advertises its aims as 'providing rigorous accessible information that will help doctors improve their practice') extract is here.

I have just left a comment.

Well done for leaving a comment on the BMJ. I just read it. Very sane.

Hey Bobo, NICE are scallywags, they won't get away with their nonsense, and it is nonsense.

It's a shame - they were meant to be an independent source of good practice. But they seem increasingly to be a source of defending special interests and jumping onto fashionable band wagons of quick fixes, while giving the lie to the "service user led" ideas.

Hey Bobo, As far as the ME/CFS guideline goes they have ducked and dived, completely ignored what people with genuine neurological ME are telling them... it's astonishing they got away with it.
